Where it all began
Host Success Consultancy evolved from BnBCare, a short-term rental service originally created from firsthand experience managing a personal investment property in Newcastle. The business began after recognising a clear gap in the market for more personalised, hands-on support for property owners in the short-term rental space. At the time, most services focused on volume-based management rather than tailored support, clarity, and owner control.
